Bom Dia, Extra Forte Coffee

Having developed a caffeine habit in Rio, I've spent the last few days doing my best to kick it. I'm right back at square one with Bom Dia's Extra Forte coffee (purchased at Rio airport with our remaining Reals). Phew...!

It's good stuff - if you're leaving Rio, get some (from the little chocolate and coffee shop on the first floor of International departures, just off to the left of the escalators as you go up).

I'll be on the ceiling for the rest of the day then... (and might just do a bit of programming, who knows...?)
