Hair Colouring Disaster

I've just finished trying to bleach my hair. Instead of the "extra light blonde" promised by the box, it's got a slight (brace yourself...) ginger twinge, and isn't particularly blonde (despite being on for the longest time it says you can do).

Damn it! Months of bad hair...
<--break-->
Last time I did this, I was at the Y in Banff, Canada. I used some L'Oreal stuff, recommended by the pharmacist. That stuff scared me, because it seemed to do nasty things to everything it touched, and just kept expanding in the bottle. It did quite a good job, although my hair was scarily straw-like afterwards.

This time, the Clairol "super uber mega blonde, so blonde you'll need to wear shades" stuff left my hair in good condition, but not particularly blonde. Ho hum, I'll just have to try something else in a few months time.

Meanwhile I'm going to go drink gallons of beer, eat curry, fart and burp, maybe have a fight, and try and chat up some birds. This is all far too girly!

Hair Colouring Disaster

Yes indeed, it was ginger and spiky last night!! Or was it ginger and fluffy? I'm sure it's a good trick to chat up girls though as you show your feminine side :-)

Hmm... It seemed to do you more favours than me last night though ;-)

I'm getting used to it now, actually, I kinda like it. It's a bit different, so meets the original idea, even if it's not what I was expecting.
