I've just registered www.coofercat.tk for free at dot.tk. Apparently it needs visitors to keep it working, so I'm not sure how that'll pan out. Still, it's pretty neat (and just what you need if you've got a stupid hosting provider that doesn't give you your own domain). i don't think i'll bother registering a domain because on the basis of allocation (read domain loss) methods.however, it's certainly a really clever idea!
