What's with my Utilities?

Recently, London Energy thought a 12p bill was an efficient way to operate. Now, Tiscali think the best way to operate is to send me three bills in five days. Two of them are for my old flat (before I moved out), so instead of sending them to me, they sent them there. Lucky I've got mail redirection, otherwise they'd have to send umpteen reminders as well. Bone from the neck up.
