It turns out they do have Internet banking (but you have to ask about it, rather than being told about this cost saving method of payment on your bill).
Their Sort Code: 20-65-82
Their Account #: 30138134
(use your customer code as the reference)
PS. If you think that's my account number instead of theirs, check the bottom of your bill - it's actually printed (cryptically) on the pay slip. They just don't seem to have the whole sort code on there...?
PPS. They answer the phone saying "Hello, Smart Talk". Hmm, Tiscali? Smart Talk? Some shonky back street company? who knows?
