Guess what - it uses satellite technology with a 'black box' in your car. Hmm, sounds an awful lot like a way to make a corporation some money and track one's citizens, rather than any kind of solution to a problem. Surely fuel is already the 'pay as you go' cost of motoring?

But surely you should only find the government knowing exactly where you are at any given moment worrying if you have something to hide? ;-)In fact, while we're at it, why not give all new babies electronic chips inserted under their skins?!
