It's Finally Settled

I ran the runlondon 10K yesterday. I came in at 57m20s, placing me at 6355 in Team South, and 12865th overall. I'm very pleased, especially given I had had a skinful the night before (I put my last beer down at about 1am). Chemical advantage worked very well, I'd recommend it. I'd also recommend some Stella after you finish, although not many people seem to agree with me!

I'm amazed how quickly some people can run 10K. The fastest bloke did it in 30:03!! Incredible! Thankfully, he was on the winning side: South!

10K Training

Once again, I'm in the midst of training for a 10K. I ran home from work tonight - about 6.25 miles, and it took me about an hour. Now I'm all about sleep and taking the tube ;-)

Of course, come race day, I'm all about chemical advantage :-)
