Their letter includes an self addressed envelope with no stamp. I send it them, with no stamp, and nothing enclosed.

Tell everyone you can to do this. It costs them every time.

We need to get together and start a class action suit against DROA! Eventhough they do state that their mailing is not a bill, many are deceived by it.

A solution with DRA is to send back their envelope for payment filled with journal paper but without affixing any postage stamp and without your personal address. If they want to know the content of the envelope, they must pay for the tax. And we can hope they will receive thousands of unfranked mails.

I've just sent their letter back , no stamp just a note saying, HA! HA! hope you paid for the postage thinking a payment was enclosed

I recieved a renewel notice from this company and realised that it was probably a fake, almost imediately. Some time later I needed to go to the lavatory. I took the letter with me, just to check that it was indeed fraudulant. The more of the letter I read, the angrier I became which unfortunaly, coincided with my finishing on the lavatory. I therefore wasted no time in using the notice to wipe my arse clean. I folded it up. Put it in the provided envelope, without a stamp and imediately drove to the nearest post box and sent it on it's way.
